| We are a small condominium association that has 6 units in one larger building. One morning we awoke to no electricity. What we found was a large tree limb had fallen on the roof and ripped out the power lines from the side of the building. We were fortunate no one was hurt and the building did not catch fire! We called around to see who could come out immediately to fix the issue. Jess worked us in as an emergency. He also worked with us and our insurance company knowing that we would not have the funds to pay him up front. This was terrific! Since we are a small condo association, we do not have that much in reserves to pay for an emergency. Jess and his crew worked with the electric company to get the old power unit removed safely, repaired the side of the building where the meters had been pulled out, repaired the roof and then re-mounted a new power unit/meters. Several of the owners commented on the professionalism of the crew. We hope to never have to worry about having an emergency like that again, but we would definitely use ACCEDE again. Thanks, Jess!
