As the owner I bid and supervise every job. Outdoor Excellence does not have any “salesman” who will pass you on to a construction superintendent. I worked as a subcontractor in the swimming pool construction and landscaping industry for over 9 years. Our swimming pool design and construction team has over 30 years in the outdoor living industry.  We are not a quantity based business which allows us to provide quality customer service which is something many contractors have long forgotten. Communicating with the client is of the utmost importance to us. Almost all of our projects are handled in house and when subcontractors are needed we only use ones we have long established relationships with. This allows for a smoother flow of construction and the ability to address the customers’ needs quickly if changes arise.
