STEELE Landscapes & Patios was formed in 1980 in Richardson, Texas, by owner Mike Steele as a way to pay his college tuition. After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Mike expanded the business into a full-service landscape design construction company.
The attitude of the company, “we do the job right the first time” has truly proven to be successful as the company enters its 30th year of service in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Mike loves incorporating his client’s personalities and passions into his designs. Many of the company’s new clients are referrals from existing clients which speaks volumes about craftsmanship and level of service you can expect.

I appreciate your attention to details, such as replacing the downspout under the flagstone and placing it in the yard with the pop-up, the circular cutting in the flagstone to keep my fig ivy growing on the wall and changing the sprinkler head to a drip line to keep the fig deeply watered.
